1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on eligible pin codes.
Some COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Processing time: 1–2 business days

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

6. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link via SMS or email

7. What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays may happen due to courier issues or regional restrictions.
If your order is delayed beyond expected timelines, contact our support team.

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Request raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Complete unboxing video provided

9. Is unboxing video compulsory?

Yes.
Without a complete unboxing video, returns or replacements cannot be approved.

10. How long does refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

11. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

No.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
