Refund policy

At befiker.com, we are committed to delivering quality products. Since we deal in lifestyle, gadgets, kitchen, and personal use items, we maintain a strict return policy to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is wrong

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The return request is raised within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • A clear and complete unboxing video is provided showing the issue from start to finish

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

Returns without an unboxing video will not be approved under any circumstances.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Liking or not liking the product

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting

  • Used products

  • Missing original packaging

  • Request raised after 3 days of delivery

  • Personal care items once opened

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info.befiker@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number

    • Clear reason for return

    • Complete unboxing video

Once reviewed and approved:

  • We will arrange pickup (where serviceable), or

  • Guide you for self-shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval only.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product is defective

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

We do not offer size-based or preference-based exchanges.

Only one exchange per order will be allowed.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline: 8–15 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customer must provide accurate bank/UPI details

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Product fails quality inspection

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
